Tom Czerwinski, O.L.S. worked for the City of Toronto, Surveys & Mapping Section and Dearden & Stanton, O.L.S. in their Minden Office before working for McConnell Maughan Ltd. and articling to W. Dennis Fisher, O.L.S. During this time, he was directly involved with several street line surveys conducted for the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto such as Bathurst Street, Bloor Street West and Coxwell Avenue as well as Boundaries Act surveys for the City of Toronto and the City of North York. In private practice, he has done work for clients such as Ontario Hydro, Bell Canada, TransCanada Pipelines, The City of Etobicoke and the Ministry of Government Services.
